This was a busy November, with everyone anxious to conclude their real estate business before Christmas. Congratulations to all the clients we were able to help last month. Especially happy were the sellers at 222 Skyline Circle in Crestview who sold in 6 days for 100% of their asking price. Or the home in Driftwood Estates in North Santa Rosa Beach that sold in just 11 days!

There was a variety of sales ranging from $1,700,000 for a beachfront condo in The Ultimate, to $124,900 for an immacculate 3 bedroom home in Winding Creek Estates in Crestview. For us it's important that everyone is happy and treated fairly.

Enjoy the holiday season in your new homes!
