Destin Market Summary - March 2022

March 2022 has proved to be a busy sellers market for Destin and 30A real estate. Buyers aren't squabbling over prices with homes selling for list or just over the asking price. In March, Average Sales Prices were still going up (14%). Inventory is still a challenge with 15% fewer new Active Listings then the same time last year. Areas where we are seeing a substantial increase in the number of sales over last year are 30A West (+11%), and Freeport (+32%).

Our office has had several sales in January that were on the market less than a week.  Listings sold in Crestview and Fort Walton Beach remained on the market for less than a month.
